1. The service
Streaked ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered tool that drafts LinkedIn posts, tracks your posting streak, and helps you build a daily writing habit. You post everything manually. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person.
3. Your content
You own the posts, ideas, and drafts you create with Streaked. We keep a limited license to store and process them to provide the service. You're responsible for the content you post — including whether it complies with LinkedIn's terms and any applicable laws.
4. AI-generated drafts
Drafts are suggestions, not editorial. You review, edit, and choose whether to post. We do not guarantee accuracy, engagement, follower growth, or any specific outcome. LinkedIn success depends on many factors — showing up daily is one of them.
5. Subscriptions
Free is free. Pro is billed monthly or annually at the prices shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Streaked to generate hateful, deceptive, or illegal content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or bulk-automate the service. Don't try to bypass free-tier limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
8. Disclaimers
Streaked is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here waives rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
