Terms of Service

1. The service

Streaked ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered tool that drafts LinkedIn posts, tracks your posting streak, and helps you build a daily writing habit. You control what goes out — either by copying a draft and posting it manually, with one click if you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, or by queuing an approved draft to publish at a time you set. Streaked never publishes anything you haven't reviewed and approved, and never on a schedule you did not set. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person.

3. Your content

You own the posts, ideas, and drafts you create with Streaked. We keep a limited license to store and process them to provide the service. You're responsible for the content you post — including whether it complies with LinkedIn's terms and any applicable laws.

4. AI-generated drafts

Drafts are suggestions, not editorial. You review, edit, and choose whether to post. We do not guarantee accuracy, engagement, follower growth, or any specific outcome. LinkedIn success depends on many factors — showing up daily is one of them.

5. Subscriptions

Streaked starts with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required up front, but nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription begins at $19 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. We email you before the trial converts.

Cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling after that takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of a charge.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Streaked to generate hateful, deceptive, or illegal content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or bulk-automate the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Nothing is ever published that you have not explicitly reviewed and approved. Streaked never posts content you have not seen, and never on a schedule you did not set.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

Streaked is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here waives rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
