1. What we collect
When you sign up for Streaked, we collect your email address, display name, and the content you provide during onboarding — your topics, sample posts, and voice preferences. We also store the drafts we generate for you, posts you mark as published, streak history, and follower check-ins you self-report. If you queue a draft into your posting schedule, we store the exact post text you approved, along with the times in your weekly rhythm, until it publishes or you cancel it.
If you contact us about a team or Enterprise plan, we collect the name, email address, phone number and company you provide on that form, and use them only to respond to your enquiry.
2. What we do NOT collect
Streaked never scrapes LinkedIn and never automates engagement on your behalf. We do not read your LinkedIn feed, connections, messages, or other members' data. Where you choose to connect your LinkedIn account, we act only through LinkedIn's official, documented API, only on your own profile, and only with content you have explicitly approved in the app.
3. LinkedIn account connection (optional)
Connecting your LinkedIn account is entirely optional. Streaked works fully without it — you can always copy a draft and post it manually.
If you use Sign In with LinkedIn (OpenID Connect), we receive your name, profile picture, and email address.
The Share on LinkedIn permission allows publishing a post or comment to your own LinkedIn profile. We use it only to publish or comment with content you have seen and approved — either when you press a button in Streaked, or when a post you queued reaches the time you set. Streaked never publishes autonomously, never on a schedule you did not set, and never to anyone else's profile.
We store an access token and a refresh token so you don't have to reconnect constantly. They are stored encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties.
You can disconnect at any time from your Profile page, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access directly from LinkedIn under Settings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services.
We do not use LinkedIn data to train any model.
4. How we use it
We use your data to generate personalized post drafts, track your streak, show your growth, and send you the emails you opted into (daily reminders, weekly recaps). We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train public AI models.
5. Third-party services
We use a hosted database and authentication provider to store your data securely. We use an AI gateway to generate drafts (your prompts and voice profile are sent for generation but not retained by the model provider for training). When you start your trial or subscribe, we use a payment processor to handle your subscription — we never see or store your card details.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your profile, voice samples, topics, drafts, published posts, streak history, and self-reported check-ins for as long as your account is active, because the product uses that history to improve what it writes for you. Queued posts are held until they publish or you cancel them; after that the record is kept with your posting history. Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months. If you connect LinkedIn, stored tokens are kept until you disconnect or your account is deleted. Enterprise enquiries (name, email, phone number and company submitted on the Enterprise form) are kept for up to 24 months, unless the enquiry becomes a customer account, in which case the account retention rules above apply — you can email hello@streaked.ai at any time to have your enquiry deleted sooner.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, drafts, queued posts, published posts, streaks, check-ins, and any stored LinkedIn access and refresh tokens within 30 days.
We keep an anonymised record that an email was sent (template and timestamp, with the address removed) for deliverability monitoring, and we keep addresses that have hard-bounced or marked us as spam on a suppression list so we do not email them again.
7. Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, drafts, queued posts, published posts, streaks, check-ins, and any stored LinkedIn access and refresh tokens within 30 days.
